EMP cancelled in 263 groups. 79 more of these were cancelled yesterday.
This is clearly progressing through all of the Usenet groups. A
UDP for the "From" and "Subject" has been enabled.

EMP stands for Excessive Multiple Postings. It means the same as the
term "spam" usually does, but is more accurate and self-explanatory.

The heuristics for this cancel are based _only_ on the article
being multiply posted (instead of cross-posted) to greater than
25 groups, with identical content. The actual content was
not considered in the decision to cancel.

The "cancel." and cyberspam conventions have been followed.

One copy of the article is appended to the end of this posting.

|this mobile sculpture (length 21,8 meters, weight 1800 kg) by
|r. kriesche is physically positioned in the austrian pavilion during
|the biennale of venice.
|
|T.S.4 is driven by the data flow in internet according to the relation
|of the world wide computer newsgroups versus world wide art
|newsgroups. according to this relation T.S.4 will transcross the
|austrian pavilion during the time of the biennale and might even break
|through the wall of the pavilion.
|
|you are invited to become part of T.S.4 by:
|
| o visiting its www homepage
| http://iis.joanneum.ac.at/kriesche/biennale95.html
| o discussion about T.S.4 on usenet news
| o sending e-mail to T.S.4 (mailto:ts4@iis.joanneum.ac.at)
|
|your participation will slow down the movement of T.S.4 and prevent it
|crashing.
